For over two decades, Rabih El Hawarni has operated at the intersection of craftsmanship and engineering, specialising in one of the most technically demanding materials in luxury architecture: structural acrylic. From his early days as a subcontractor in Beirut to leading a specialised firm in the UAE, his career has been defined by precision, transparency, and an unwavering refusal to compromise on safety.
The journey
Started as a subcontractor on small-scale fit-out projects, mastering the fundamentals of materials, tolerances, and the consequences of cutting corners.
Relocated to the UAE, expanding into stainless steel fabrication and later into specialised acrylic work, developing the hands-on expertise that defines his approach today.
Narrowed his focus to structural acrylic engineering for luxury pools, walls, underwater windows, and transparent architectural features.
Founded New Exclusive Decoration Design & Fit-Out LLC, formalising his specialisation and extending capabilities across the Gulf region.

Every installation is backed by certified structural calculations, material data verification, and a fabrication discipline that prioritises long-term performance over short-term delivery.
Honesty over marketing
Rabih is not a structural engineer. He is an acrylic specialist who coordinates directly with certified engineers on every complex project. This boundary is clear to every client.
Integrity over compromise
If a project specification cannot be built safely within the proposed budget, he declines the work. His name, and the safety of the end client, is not for sale.
Hands-on leadership
Rabih personally oversees every project, from design coordination through final installation. He is present on-site during every critical phase and remains accessible to clients, architects and contractors throughout the entire process.
Looking ahead
Rabih’s current mission is advancing structural acrylic specification standards across the Gulf region, through technical education, independent specification reviews, and the continued development of New Exclusive’s engineering capabilities. His goal is simple: to raise the standard of safety, transparency and craftsmanship in an industry where these values are often secondary.
